Well i'd say it's a woohoo, to my eyes it just looks like paint loss to me.

I think what i'll do is remove all the paint around that area to see if it looks different to get a better idea but first impressions doesn't look bad.

As a comparison with my other diabolo which i got back recently.
The paint had been removed off the bb area on that and they look the same, so i'm gonna go with paint loss

That looks fine.... People worry far too much
