Dave Yates 853 MTB Frame

I have acquired this, I was going to build it up with a rigid fork as a single speed commuter but it has none of the required braze ons for mudguards or a rack. I then considered building it up as intended but I already have a MTb that doesnt get ridden and didnt want this frame to share a similar dusty fate.The brazing on it is IMO very good, and the crap photo doesn't do the metallic black paint job justice. I have no idea how much this is worth so hopefully someone here can help me out.
