Dave Quinn MTB + Campagnolo = sexy times

@sunympholepsy well done on landing this beauty! That bike is amazing and good to hear it’s staying within the RetroBike family. Looking forward to seeing some more pics and finding out some of its history as the story unravels. AND thank you for keeping this pretty special beast together! 🙏
Thank you. I am chuffed to say the least.
It will be ridden, loved and looked after.

It looks like one to me.

I'm intrigued as to what lies beneath it.

If I were to hazard a guess, given what it was built for; I reckon a very early Brooks touring saddle. Should really be a Conquest but it doesn't look big enough at the back.

Can someone spill the beans on the history of the bike? I was winning the auction for a couple of days but i'm now starting to think i should have bid more:confused:

Don't know much about Dave Quinn frames, but handmade British steel bike made from Reynolds 753 + dripping in full Campagnolo Euclid groupset (double U to boot!) and possibly a Campagnolo saddle (look on eBay for the price on them!) = a very desirable bike IMO. Also super original/unmolested condition.
