Re:

That's a beauty, but are you sure it's 653 and a Dave Quinn? Just the Lugs/BB cluster are Dedaccia Zero signature, not Reynolds pattern. I have a few frames in Zero and the BB is unique to them.

You may be correct, but lugs and BB shells aren't unique to any particular frame builder. I'm not quite sure what you mean with 'reynolds pattern'.
Builders buy lugs and BB shells from whatever ther wholesalers are selling and to what quality the customer is wanting (eg simple pressed or cast) eg lots of better quality 80s frames had cinelli or bocama shells- neither were assigned to a particular frame marque.

Re:

I bought this from Dave Quinn at the Bike Factory in Chester. I have no reason to believe that he would sell me a frame purporting to be '653' when it is not !

Re: Dave Quinn

My wife is 5 feet 2 inches tall with inside trouser leg of 27 inches and it was right for her.

Re:

Hmm, not having any success with PM!

How do we move this forward, assuming is still available?

Thanks
