This seller is in Italy and uses unreliable and uninsured shippers.
He is what I would call a "fair weather" seller
I paid him €60 for some parts by eBay GIFT (don't do that, make sure it is GOODS so you have a chance of getting a refund through Paypal) that apparently got lost.
His attitude was that it was not his fault and so IF he got compensated then he would pass this on to me.
Despite repeated emails he was totally intransigent
After chasing him about 12 times, I finally (after over 2 months) got €47 back.
