This has to one the very best collection of GTs I have ever seen Congratulations . A year ago I wanted to buy and import a Zaskar LE team from the USA but the shipping cost and import duties , the cost ended too prohibitive and I dropped the idea. Same with a rare GT Pysclone frame made of Reynolds 853 a year before. I have testrode a karakoram made of true temper gtx tubing 25 years ago and that thing was a blast to ride.

That spare frame is another turquoise one. It’s a completely different shade to the other built bike which is more blue. Likely due in part to some fading but I’m convinced it started life as a different colour too.

Decided I need a dedicated single thread for my Zaskar collection.

My aim is to collect all the colours/significant models from 91-99 either as full bikes or frames.

I’ve likely owned nearly all of them but some have been moved on either due to condition or needing funds for other projects over the years.

I’ll update with pics on each new addition and also on the existing collection.

Love this thread, awesome collection.

I bought my first Zaskar at 45. Had wanted one since I was 16/17 but couldn’t afford it back then!

Just looking for some Judy SLs to swap onto it now
