I just left a comment with a link to this thread so people know who they are dealing with.
This guys just taking the piss really.

Nice one Jamie. I have some new leads now, and Im slowly but surely tracking Richard down. I'll update everyone once I lay my hands on this slippery little rat, will leave it at that for now though...

Guys, you're not going to believe this...I got my money back!!!

In short, I went to some rather extreme measures, which I feel a bit bad about, but I might be able to point you in the right direction if you, like me, did not receive a jersey or refund.

I have the contact details of a young lady who organized my refund. I don't think it's fair if I post her details here, so PM me if you need a hand.

Cheers.

Sorry to dig this thread back up.

Im in a rather different quandry to most on here. I am selling something on ebay, and this same Richard Evans has offered to come and pick up said item. He claimed he wanted what im selling for his cycle charity work, and believing he had the best intentions I googled his ebay ID, ie alleycat cycles. That led me to this thread!

Did anyone ever meet him? If im being honest im a little reluctant to sell to this chap going by reputation protrayed in this thread!

If he is happy to rob us then he is very likely happy to rob his "charity" if it even exists. I certainly would not deal with him....

Could I have his eBay ID please so that I may harrass him some more for my jersey or money back. If you have his address and other contact details then even better.

Thanks Bill I actually got a reply from him. Not particularly optimistic about actually receiving my refund but y'never know....fingers crossed.
