CWS Wizard

I have recently been clearing out my late fathers garage and came across an old CWS Wizard racer with Reynolds frame, Campagnolo gears and Sachs Huret rear derailleur. It’s also got a brooks seat. I’ve scoured the internet in search of any information but can’t find anything. My mum believes it was given to my dad once he’d done his 11+ making it around 1954. It’s way to big for an 11 year old as it is suitable for me and I’m nearly 6 foot. Any information about this bike would be much appreciated. Photos to follow. Many thanks.

I haven’t been able to find out anything or very little about it. Don’t know if it’s of any value but I guess not. I believe it was a top end bike costing a whopping £30 or near that. This was in 1953/4.

Re:

They don't seem to be worth much. I'm just doing mine for the interest & to preserve a bit of history. I hope you do renovate it at some point but if ever you decide to let it go give me a shout, could be an interesting project for me.
