Crank pattern identification

Hi, I’m new to the forum. I have just acquired a vintage road bike, it is fitted with Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub dated 1955. There are no discernible factory badges or decals but the crank pattern seems quite distinctive and unusual (to me). Could anyone tell me who the manufacturer is please?
