i think the problem with the blue one and maybe some other knocking about is the area around the spoke holes cracking and disintegrating

Oh that’s probably impossible to fix unless you replace the whole flange. What I’m talking about is the cracks where the alu meets the titanium

I have a Purple pair F=R with the cracks where the flange meets the Ti sleeve if any good
