crack pipe

Got a tiny crack in my cannondale frame.
Near the BB by the crimping.
I've run a little super glue over it and touched up the paint.
How much time do you think it's got, light trail riding and comuting.

Or is there a trick repair??

i certainly wouldnt like to be halfway to work ( or more importantly home ) when the stay decides to part company , itl either do it while putting the power down from the lights or around a corner

Aluminium tends to "fast fracture" or "catestrophically fail". When the crack propogates it will do so at the speed ofsound for that particular material (just over 5000 m/s for Al), so its unlikely you'll "catch it", even with the best reactions. .. It'll be that one time you 'overload' it that it'll go.

Wall hanger mate, sorry to say. On the brighter side, and there is always an upside, its time to go shopping

a picture would help, I got mine welded, and it has been fine so far, so might be ok. I don't tend to give up on frames but this could end in tears.
