dont ride that...just saw photos of a guy whos old fork failed, multiple fractures to the front of the skull.

Glad I'm OCD and noticed this, it would have been an expensive mistake in every way otherwise! :facepalm:

i rode an Intense with a crack at the seat tube and top tube weld junction for years . i knew if it failed it would not be that bad . but heat tube cracks could be fatal .

Wise to return it I reckon. I've ridden worse but not over the kind of terrain or intensity a full suspension is designed for.
