Cotic Road Rat frame and fork - £200
Size small for flat bars. ie the long top tube version. In the very nice and getting hard to find limited edition espresso colour. Cotic has updated the model now but here is the link to their page on it to get an idea.

This version has no derailleur hanger like the current one in the link but it does come with a chain tug with one on it if you need it. It also comes with the mounts and studs for v-brakes on the rear and the fork. Very nice frame that built up into a great everything bike. I ran an Alfine 8 with discs. At one point I squeezed in Schwalbe Smart Sam 700c x 47mm (1.75inch) for a bit of sneaky single track. It also has some nifty cable tie re-clipable cable mounts that i put on. For through cabling only though. I put these on as the cable guides on the frame mean you have to unplug your hydraulic brakes to rout it through. Frame and decals are in great condition with minimal marks. No dents, cracks or bent bits. Need to move on though as new is coming.
