Corratec Diamant Peter tires + bike help

I wounder when Corratec Diamant Peter MTB tires where made.

I got a Project that has been resprayed so no clue what brand/modell/year, but the front tire is a Corratec Diamant Peter, and seem it can still be the oem one so make proberly Corratec then? just wounder what year thouse tires where made, retro enough for this section?
The tire on the bike is blockwall.........Added pics of bike, rim as tire if someone can help

Yes, someone has been creative whit that rear brake, fortunaly the V-Brake bosses are still there.
I have done some recerch and after taking some of the later spray paint off to see stock color, its very close to this bike: http://bikedaten.de/bikes/corratec/2001 ... plettbike/
So not as retro as it looked (and in wrok section therefore). Might be a year older as could not find the year 2000 spec/pic, as shifters are not sram and crank color is black even make is correct.
