Cor!

What was Coles penalty    utter rubbish

I reckon the game was there for the winning had ******* and Wallcot been on from the off.

Bodgson made the classic error of putting the whole team behind one man.

One man who has scored one goal in eight years for England.

It could have been won in open play.

'Nuff said.

I do reckon something good to take from this is that England will be in there come the next major.

Hopefully Rooney will have retired by then, so he cannot queer the pitch for an otherwise talented and hungry group of fresh players.

Was I watching a different match? England were hopeless. They'll always have a chance from set pieces and long balls into the box, but apart from that they weren't in the game, couldn't keep the ball and run out of the luck they've had all tournament.

I saw nothing that shows they're going to be any better in the finals of the next tournament.

But at least they'll probably get to the next finals, which is far more than my team, Wales, will ever do.

If you reckon they will always have a chance from set pieces and long balls into the box you have answered your own query. Tournaments have certainly been won from less.

yeah by the italians, did england even cross into the italian half in the second half of the game? We played about 20 minutes of good football when i actually had some hope, then the italians showed us that we're really nothing special in terms of football.
