The latest groups were uber cool, Icarus and Record, I mean, while the first generation was junk.

I'll vote uncool because

1 - It's Italian, and I boycott Italian stuff
2 - They have abandoned the production of MTB groups

Hmm, can someone please explain to why this was/is so sought after? Aesthetically only the Record OR does it for me. Never wanted any BITD and still don't. A mate of mine raced an Orange in the early 90's and thought it was so crap he junked it almost immediately in favour of XC Pro. Reckoned it wouldn't shift properly in muddy conditions.

Uncool. Load of old Italian roadie nostalgic bollocks if you ask me.
