Cool number plates

My company is called Base Lettings & Management Ltd.

I thought it would be nice to put a private plate on my car and maybe some tasteful sign writing, free self promotion and all that!

my mate has a company name based on his number plate.

also have a mate with a plate f427lee on his childhood dream escort cabrio.

he asked me if i liked his plate, i said yes, i like it lee. he said the numbers mean something too. "what" i replied.

I saw a piece of research that suggested excessive feelings of territoriality demonstrated by people with private plates towards their cars...

Certainly round me 4x4s with private plates seem to be driven by aggressive plonkers who appear to believe that I am riding on their driveway as opposed to a public road... :roll:

And, by the way, if anyone here owns a black Saab convertible, B12ABP, you have been reported to Hampshire police for aggressive driving. Matching speeds with a group of 6 riders and then edging left while hooting your horn is threatening behaviour.

I really hate those number plates that start "B19" and then have 3 letters - obviously their initials, as in 'BIG'... obviously not BIG, I would suggest

Ive been after 21ggy for years but at 30K ill have to keep waiting. Its currently on an M3 convertable about 3 miles from my house, just to rub salt in my wounds :-(

I also wanted sat4n or s4tan, but cost more than my house

what really gets me is when someone buys a plate that is so far off what they want it to be that they have to justify it with a little sticker
