After about almost 5 mo of no response from the relaunched CBR website, Jack finally emailed a response to me and long story short i got my product promptly after i made payment. i guess we have to give people benefit of the doubt sometimes. just want to give props to CBR for although not coming through at all in the beggining, making good on their word. I don't mind mistakes and setbacks, as long as they are acknowledged and tried to make right in good faith.

The blokes a waster and a dreamer. If he can't be arsed to get back to you in 5 months then I would have told him to f off. He's now just trading on a dead name and he should have left well alone rather than dragging that name through the mud time and time again. To be honest, if you want CBR crank caps, go buy them from the guy on eBay.de who is copying them, he gives good service.
