Sorry I've been away all weekend.

the 1" steerer on these is exactly 200mm long, and has the star fnagled nut inside too..

No worries, would it be possible to buy just the 1" steerer/crown from you as I have sourced some forks now. Its to fit my 96 P7 in 21" so would be perfect. Your rebuild guide for the judys is brilliant.
