Conical wedge for Cinelli XA

Somehow lost this part does anyone have a spare form a broken stem etc ?

They are only one colour as far as it know- I'm not referring to the rubber washer for the bar clamp, I need the wedge that goes on the end of the threaded bolt inside the steerer tube
