Wanted Cone for Maillard (Pelissier) Rear Hub mid 80's

Hello,

Looking for a cone for Maillard Rear Hub (Pelissier) mid 80's please.

Dimensions are:-

Axle diameter = 9.4mm
Cone diameter = 17.8mm
Cone length = 12.1mm

Actual cone is image with green background

Other image is to show how I measured it but does not show actual cone
