Nice. Is this a winter project in as much as its a winter ride? Looks good. I have built a winter bike that also has tubulars although I fear I have a little to learn when it comes to getting them on the rims.

Hi mate, she is a winter project for Spring Summer rides!

I am shifting to tubular myself on some of my bikes, but I really didnt have troubles with them yet !....

This is my current winter bike, I had another one until recently for a more relaxed usage, with a rat look for thieves not to to bother taking her, it was an old hi-ten steel 60's 70's with rack and mudguards but the frame is in bad shape and cant be safely used any more:
