Thought I should introduce myself. My name is Toby and I'm in Devon.
I started MTBing in 1988 on a Ridgeback 602, then a Kona Cinder Cone; had several Alpinestars AlmegaXTs (they kept breaking!), a Rocky Mountain Blizzard, a Zinn Z753 (still got it), and a 1996 Kona Lava Dome, which my wife now rides.
The 1991 Zinn Z753 is my pride and joy and I am in the process of refurbishing it after a long spell in the darkest of corners. Does anyone else have one of these, or was I the only one? Unfortunately there in nothing that has survived of the original Campagnolo Centaur groupset and finishing kit. The original 753 box crown forks died too, but the frame takes short travel suspension forks well.
I'll post a photo when bike is together if anyone is interested.
