I've wanted one of these for a very, very long time (1986?) and finally got it last month (many thanks to Melvin and Roy).
So, here it is, an art deco Colnago Master X Lite. Not sure of exact age but obviously predates the straight Prescia forks so I'm guessing 1985-86 although I'd be happy to be corrected. Pretty much all Nuovo Record apart from the Super Record brake calipers.
It was going to be a leftfield entry into Purple BoTM but sadly the bar tape took 10 days to arrive and I only got it today. Equally sadly I had some perfect pirple Look Carbon pedals that I sold recently that would have been just the job as the red clash a bit. Never mind.
I've only ridden it once and it was everything I hoped it would be, light, responsive and beautifully balanced. I am a very happy man.
