Perfect condition. I have built this up a few years ago.
The frame and wheels were NOS bought through Retrobike and the rest of the parts either new or in excellent condition.
The bike has only been ridden a few times and is excellent.

Is 61cm a centre to centre or centre to top?

Hi, the seat tube is 61cm C2C. I have also attached a photo with a steel rule against the head tube to show length. Note this is on top of the lower cup.
