Colnago ...Here we go again 70th anniversary and in steel. 70 made.

Funny how internal cable/hose/wiring routing, through axles and internal seatpost binder, tapered fork steerer, t47 bb - all things that became necessary on carbon frames, have been carried backwards, making the frame material a statement only.
🤣

The technology behind the 3D printed lugs is impressive but that's about as far as it goes - the frame is fugly and so is the Campagnolo group set.
And that's from a long-time (40 year) Colnago rider. I'd could also say that I'm a 50 year Campagnolo fanboi but their products over the last decade haven't done anything for me. OK, the brifters on that set look alright but the bulky mechs are awful - reminding me of those massive Motorola 4500X mobile phones that only bodybuilders could lug around.
If I had unlimited disposable funds would I buy a Steelnovo?
No.

In what way is a 3d printed lug better than a cnc'd, or particularly a cast or forged item?

Fashion buzzword.

That's the way.
