Its a Decor, fluted down tube, there are a couple of very slight scratches, all minimal, no rust, chrome is amazing.

Mike, Decor was a model Colnago produced before the "Classic" series i.e. C96 C97 etc.

The fancy paint you refer to is Art Decor. This one is too big for me and we need closer photos to confirm the condition, but looks like good value. Worth considering if it is the right size!
