Have provisionally booked an eight bed dorm for Saturday 25th at Ullapool hostel. Keeps us apart from the riffraff

Total cost of that is £148 which includes non-member surcharge of £2 each.

So if we can get 8 participants the cost is £18.40 each if my mental arithmetic is correct. (higher cost if less than 8 :cry: )

Is that OK with folk? I need to confirm booking tomorrow morning. No alternative accommodation available due to the cycle sportive :roll:

If OK i'll pm my details for reimbursement or you can club together to buy me Brocklanders' Vitamin T frameset.

So - who's going to be number 8?

I was going to confirm tonight that I could go Mr P - need to check the knee will hold up - 24mile test run with hill at end . I guess I'd better tell the missus I'm going then, that'll be fun.

OK, so travelling reasonably light? Can I assume we'll need:

1. Set of lights (just in case)
2. Sleepy bag (assuming bunkhouse doesn't come with bedding?)
3. Riding gear / food / water for two days
4. Glad rags for when we hit the bright lights of Ullapool and sample the night life.

I'm up for this one too, the peaks is looking lack lustre and financially non-viable. Gazz/Rado/ZZ if your wanting to do a 4 into 2 car share I'll be driving anyway. If theres still space that is.
