CNC Brakes Help

Hi
Any more info on what these brakes are ? I got them around 1994-1995 and there were parts missing so i never used them

....and i know its a long shot but anyone have the missing parts

Any leads of how to find parts? spring and lock nut

Lock nut looks the same as avid, still available new for the ultimate shorty brakes.
Spring looks very simple and can be made at a good steel/metal workshop.
