Sent these Nos Mavic Rims and XT hubs off to The Cycle Clinic to be built and they have arrived back.

Very nice wheels.

Can't make out all the serial number but what I can see looks like my old 89. The fact that the seat stay joins the seat tube below where the top tube joins the seat tube mean it's earlier then a 1991.

Gil's decals are ace but I don't think he does Infinity ones. It's not hard to remove the current one if you're careful.

Thanks mate I will have another look, I will also check out some of the parts that came with the bike to see if that helps with the date / period?

Nice still the pedant now... The 6sp M730 hubset is earlier than the frame which is earlier than the rims.. But bah looks nice whatever

Yeah forgot to correct Fluffy Chicken!

Love the look of the rims and hub combo. I also have a set of black Nos ARAYA 20 rims with XT hubs that I have been thinking about using :roll:
