That really does look clever with a potential. Not sure how you would adjust the tension
and allow for different float etc.

Different spring = different tension ?

Smaller (front to back) lump on the cleat = more float ?

Larger ID of those collars = more float ?

I've used SPDs on all of my mountain bikes since about '94

I've not had an incident because of them ever as far as I can remember until a month ago.

I've just brought my first pair of flat pedals in 20 years.

Love the simplicity (read light weight ) of those Infinity too, I was hoping that the kickstarter buy-in would be a fair bit cheaper though!

My one concern was how well those cleats will stand up to being stomped on...

Get a nice decent pair of flats and get to the front of the queue – that way, you don't get stuck behind dozens trying to clip in.
