I think you have done enough posts.
Resize your pics to a file size 512k or less (say 800 x 600 pixels).
Use the 'full editor' to write your post.
Choose your file as an attachment (below the editor), then 'Add the file' to upload it.
Finally there is a button to place the file inline where the cursor is.
Alternatively put your pictures on Flickr or such like, and link to them.

To revive an old thread, just found one the same colour, bar end shifters, charity shop, will get before and after pics up soon!
