I wonder if anybody could offer some advice regarding Claud Butler frame sizing for late nineties frames. Were these measured centre to top or centre to centre on the seat tube?
I’ve seen a bike locally which is 22” centre to top, but there is quite a large extension in the seat tube above the top tube, which makes me think this would have been designated as a smaller frame. Just curious if anybody has any information, I think the bike was from 1999 but can’t find any catalogues to check. Just want to avoid buying a bike too big!
