Yes it's a 1962 Torino.
These were very well made top end frames, so will still make for a very nice machine to ride if you're keeping it.
If your interested in it's value, well unfortunately not much in this current financial environment, even less so as there is absolutely nothing on it that is original, added to the fact that it's been resprayed and re-decaled similar to the 1980's majestic, which was by far the most produced bike by Claud/Holdsworth and one that you almost can't even pay to give away. That paint job and set of decals has certainly made it less sellable.
Best advise if you don't want it? Strip all the parts off and sell them separately and stick the frame in storage.
Don't want the hassle? Take it to a bike charity and see what they might give you for it, but don't be surprised if they say they're only accepting free donations.
Sorry... 10 years ago, it would have been snapped up for £300, had all its parts sold off to help finance having it re-finished back into a more original appearance.

Hello, I’m trying to get information on my possibly vintage frame. I bought it about twenty years ago from a chap who said it was a light weight racing frame 
. Not sure about that, but I’ve been carting around with me thinking one day I’ll do it up. So I came across it recently and thought I’d do some research. If I attach some pictures I’m hoping someone expert out there can help identify it. The numbers are 503 then underneath 1438. Thanks in advance. Bill
