Claud Butler - er, madness!

In Newcastle?

People are far to down to earth there....
you'd think so, but it's become a vibrant and lively city of the past few years, no longer a pint of dog unless it's ironic, it's an earthy craft brew with your good friend tarquin on a friday evening sort of place these days.

Yep.....well aware! my stepson is at University there and enjoying it a lot.

I've worked there twice on TV shows, its a ton of fun.

And even the Tube was shot there back in the day, not much coller than that.

have fond memories of it back in the 90s and 00s, getting trolleyed then crawling on to the tuxedo or to the other place I can't remember the name of now but remember there were palm trees and a girl with a bear tattooed on her arse (might have been legends). eating sweaty chips and treking over the bridge to find a decent (read minging) kebab at 3am, singing american pie with randoms outside some random butty wagon.

all very different now. perhaps not for the worst to be honest.

edit: Baja, that rings a bell.

Think it must be priced around the Cyclemotor element of it which I guess is how it got its VIN and age related plate. Otherwise 1954 - the earliest mountain bike thread would need updating!

Not sure what the rules are but there looks like it’s only the engine and some ancillaries that would actually be from 1954?
