I think they (the CB boys in Brigg) mucked about with colours, as I have a 1991 Spectre in Pink.....

I'll have a good check of the Shimano codes when it turns up, as I suspect this might be a late 1990 model.

Bike arrived yesterday, packing was a bit crap with the pedals cable tied to the crank arms! :shock: Just a bit of newspaper would have prevented a bunch of new scratches :facepalm:

Apart from that it looks like a service and proper clean is all it will need (for now) Jimmy’s on to that today.
Pleased also to report everything looks original including the Vetta saddle and a pair of Wonder Dawgs!

Date codes point towards 1991, so I guess Brigg didn’t give a damn about its catalogue specs?

Front PJ 1991 Oct
Brakes PG 1991 July
Unless the 1992 Catalogue turns up with a pearl green/teal paint choice!
