Which components have reached classic status? Nominate one at a time. I'll go for

Flite titanium. original and alpes

Something very humble, very affordable and seldom seen. But for me...what more could you want from a bottom bracket.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the

UN7something XT BB

Marzocchi Z1 BAM (circa. 1997)

In my view the most influential suspension fork ever made. Looked brilliant, worked brilliant, bomb proof, and needed servicing about once every 2 years (and that was only oil, seals lasted 4-5 years no problem). Still see lots around, and they feel better than a lot of modern forks.

Pip

PS I know this is on the verge of what is looked at as modern on here, but I still think it is a worthy contender

The Rock Shox Mag21 suspension fork.

Clean lines, distinctive colour, lusted after these for years.

Flite is a great choice, will add Syncros stem (Cattleprod or Cattlehead but not hinged or recent) and original seatpost.

manitou dorado forks?

I;ve only seen one set and arnt the new ones going to be over £2k

Cooks Bros Dogbone style crank RS, RSR etc. Light, elegant and looks about right on just about anything made in the 90's
