I have a DeKerf Mountain that was powder coated in a metallic camo green, it looks very understated, especially with black running gear.

A decent powder coaters will do that for you, but I always do it just in case.

Too many bad experiences in the past with motorcycle frames. :facepalm:

i got a pinarello done before and the coat slaughtered the lug definition and cut outs, so I don't want it too thick, I have couple of places to try

on option re decals is to pic and document location, then when i get the argento done (proper in case they really were only made for one year a la mombat ref.), cut a second set , replacing said argento with stratocaster

I hope to be speaking with the powder coaters to get a ball park figure in the next day or so,defo "feelin' " the olive green, I'm thinking of getting the campagnolo thumbies' bar attachments done in black, as they have wear, and possibly the black campagnolo crank arms, I'd need to etch the shield first, as the black finish is really flaky and could deteriorate to quite a state as I've seen before

cleaned the seat post clamp on the stratocaster
burnt out the posts, with aid of my own as yet unpatented bb plug
and got a quote of 65 euros to powder coat the stratocaster frame

the Argentovivo needs a slight dent treated, repainting then decals,
the Stratocaster needs a repaint and decals, for less than the cost of this, I picked this up in Italy, and it's meant to be enroute now
