In another thread I saw mentioned that the choice in ahead stems with a noodle of roller is very limited. Never thought about that. I don't remember one in my collection, apart from this creature maybe:
Don't know whether the hole was intended for the purpose, but it looks like it does work. I am even not sure whether it can be considered an early 100% road ahead stem or a stem aimed at road and alternatively MTB use. This example has a 26mm clamp, so you need a Nitto shim. 25.4mm examples are around too.
