Cinelli Argentovivo tourer... Columbus Cyber Nivacrom stiff?

Hi all. I'm looking to buy a Cinelli Argentovivo mtb frame, apparently dating to about 1991. It is made with Columbus Cyber Nivacrom tubing. My question is does anyone know how stiff Columbus Cyber Nivacrom tubing is? The little I could glean from google searches seems to indicated it might be quite thin gauge steel for lightness and therefore potentially flexy. This would be more of a problem to me as I want to build it into a touring bike, and frame flex is amplified with bags on.
