Cinder Cone 1993 Steerer Length

Just shorten the stem and widen the bars a bit over the 390 length ones, soon quickens the steering up.
I couldn't remember if they altered the 93s or 94s.
And hadn't noticed it was a 93 till the end.
They don't have to be P2s you can get other forks ;-)
