Not sure what atlas numbus is but the way you suggest for nachos is good.

I buy the cheapy value packs from tesco for this purpose.


And im pretty sure before your bread goes to toast in the mocrowave, it will go rock solid.

But actually, if the cheese can melt before the bread goes hard, some of the oils will seep into the bread and possibly stop it from going hard? A la microwave pizza?
