Cheapish 18" disc frame anything considered

Having to sell the decent MTB's due to a reduction in income, so I'm after a cheap 18" frame that takes disc brakes. 1 1/8" headset please.

i have a 2006 specialized rockhopper pro. only downside is i have just rawed it, as a couple of scratches bugged me so needs a polish up now or new paint.
