That looks like an 18" GT frame from the angle of the tubes (centre to centre).

Mine is a 20" frame but measures 22" to top of top tube so I think Jez maybe right it being an 18"
Doesn't look like mine either. The top tube joins up with down tube. So its defo a smaller size.

My simple rule of thumb on GTs is 18" frame top tube is almost horizontal.
16 slopes down noticably to seat tube and 20 usually has a big gap between top and down tubes where they meet the head tube.

And a 20" Zaskar is considerably larger than my 21" 456!
 
I have mocked built her and she is to big for my little legs which is a shame I thought I might have got a nice frame to build up :(
