Wanted Cheap wheel set

Looking for a cheap 700c wheel set preferably with 23/25 tyres, Shimano hub which will take 9 speed cassette (or has one already) and preferably not too far from Macclesfield. ( A lot too ask I know).

Cheers for that but it's just for a beater so cheap is £ 50/60 ish also being a Luddite I don't do Facebook.

A worn Shimano Dura-Ace rear and a Fulcrum front? Both black rims, 24 and 20 bladed spokes. The rear has had a life but has still got some left. I can add lightly worn Conti GP4Seasons 23C tyres and tubes. £60 posted.

Save me from wanting to build up a winter singlespeed crosser with them!
