Cheap/Used Tubs

I'm restoring a 1950's La Perle cycle and am after some used 700c tubs to put on the wheels during the build process. They'll need to hold air as will be used for the 'test around the block' before putting on new tyres!
Cheap as possible, will pay p&p if free!!
