Giant Gavia Corse 1 25mm, though they blow out to ~28mm on a fat rim.

I bought them fitted to a pair of wheels off a 2023 Giant TCR. The bloke who bought the TCR told me he had put Hunt wheels on before even riding the bike! I’ve removed the tyres by hand (no tyre levers used) and cleaned the sealant off. Condition as per pics, I have no reason not to believe the original seller who said they were never used. I only wanted the wheels, these are of no use to me.
