Wanted Cheap rigid frame + fork, 21" or larger, 1-1/8 steerer

Hi all, I'm after a cheap rigid MTB frame and forks from around 90-95 in a large size (21" or larger) with a 1-1/8 steerer. The condition only needs to be rideable and the brake bosses don't need to be usable since this'll be used on an indoor trainer. Postage would be to Portugal.

The ideal case might be one of those huge early 90s Raleigh lugged steel MTB frames.

Surely what starts off as a "cheap" frame might not be so cheap by the time it reaches Portugal.
