If you look just above the pedal hole on the left crank it says 175

That's actually a compact road chainset. Original equipment on some mid 2000's Carreras.

I purchased it with the view of putting it on my road bike but the bike I had at the time had a braze on hanger and it was way too small. It would fit a frame that has a banded FD I suppose.
