Because it's been "restored", just not very well...

frame has cable routing for full length outer to the rear brake which is unusual even for an 88, unless that was specced from new with magura brakes, forks could be original but roberts were making unicrown by then.

I like it, and the sum of its parts are about right, just dont need it.
